Jason S. Goldsmith is an associate attorney with The Schiller Kessler Group PIP Department. Mr. Goldsmith was born in New York and moved to South Florida. He has traveled extensively, studied abroad, and is proficient in the Spanish language.
Mr. Goldsmith attended Boston University School of Management and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. After graduating from BU, Mr. Goldsmith attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude.
Mr. Goldsmith gained valuable experience as a legal intern with the Duval County Public Defender’s Office, Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office and the Ocean County Superior Court, Civil Division. Mr. Goldsmith is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Washington, D.C.
Upon graduating from St. Thomas University School of Law, Mr. Goldsmith spent over four years as an assistant state attorney with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. He oversaw a felony trial unit division as the lead prosecuting attorney. During his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Goldsmith handled the criminal prosecution of cases ranging from Misdemeanors to 1st Degree – Punishable by Life Felonies.
