Paul Kluck was born and raised in Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, and University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law.
After graduating from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, he moved to Florida in 2007 where he began his legal career at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, he tried numerous felony cases.
Following his time at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Kluck worked as a civil litigator for several high profile law firms focused on defending major insurance companies in personal injury protection, third-party, premises liability, and property insurance lawsuits.
After years of defending major insurance companies, Mr. Kluck joined The Schiller Kessler Group where he applies his vast personal injury protection knowledge to represent medical providers in insurance claims.
