Marc Schiller is a managing and founding partner of the The Schiller Kessler Group. Born in Merrick, New York, he moved to Florida with his family in 1984. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida State University in 1992, and his J.D. Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1995.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Schiller worked as an associate at a prestigious law firm specializing in personal injury and wrongful death claims. After a few years, Mr. Schiller left his associate position with that firm and opened his own law firm, focusing solely on personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Schiller has committed his life to representing those people injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. Mr. Schiller limits his practice exclusively to personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and nursing home abuse cases. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Broward County Bar Association, Tort and Insurance Law Committee, as well as several other associations. Mr. Schiller has conducted numerous seminars over the years, educating people on current issues related to personal injury and insurance coverage cases. Mr. Schiller also routinely performs Pro Bono work in the community for those less fortunate.
