This document provides information about The Schiller Kessler Group’s (the “Company”) Anti-Spam Policy (“Policy”). The Company will revoke your membership and close any active account you have if it finds that you violated the Policy’s terms and conditions.
Scope
The scope of the Policy covers all individuals who access the company email system, including users, employees, customers, members, and independent contractors.
Definition
This Policy defines “spam” as any unsolicited commercial electronic messages sent without consent. Spam activity can include directly or indirectly transmitting emails to any address that has not explicitly requested or opted-in to receive such communications.
Spam Filtering
The Company’s email system automatically scans all incoming messages and filters potential spam. If you send a legitimate message that gets incorrectly flagged as spam, notify the intended recipient by other means so they know to check their spam folder or communicate with you using another method.
Zero Tolerance
The Company has a zero-tolerance policy against sending spam. We strictly prohibit mass emailing unsolicited messages or any other unrequested emails marketing our products, programs, or services or programs.
Advertisements
We consider posting promotional messages or ads to discussion boards or chat rooms that prohibit or do not allow such content as spam under this policy. We will also consider irrelevant or unsolicited commercial postings made as advertisements to inappropriate locations (including newsgroups) a spamming activity and violation.
Reporting
Please contact us right away if you’ve experienced spam issues or have suspicions related to spamming. We will investigate the spam situation.
Violation
The Company reserves the right to halt your interactions with our program if you violate this Policy’s terms and conditions. We can terminate your account.
Policy Updates
The Company maintains the right to change or modify this Policy at any point.
